Estimated production lead time for orders:

Non-customized products will generally be shipped within 7 days. The specific production time of customized products depends on the modification content, but we will definitely inform the buyer of the estimated production time before payment.

Shipping Timeframes:

Please note that our standard shipping timeframe typically ranges from 3 to 6 weeks. Shipments to the west coast of the United States generally take approximately 3 weeks, while shipments to the east coast may take up to 6 weeks. Additionally, deliveries to inland destinations within the United States may require an additional 2 weeks for transit. Kindly plan your orders accordingly, taking into account these estimated shipping times. For expedited shipping options or specific inquiries regarding delivery schedules, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Returns Before Shipment from Chinese Ports:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return your machinery before it ships from Chinese ports. In such cases, we accept returns, but please note that the buyer is responsible for covering all associated costs, including but not limited to shipping fees, handling charges, storage fees, and port expenses. Additionally, if the machinery sustains any damage during the return transit, the buyer will be liable for any resulting losses.

No Returns or Exchanges After Shipment from Chinese Ports:

Once the machinery has been shipped from Chinese ports, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you thoroughly review your order before it is dispatched.
